The MDG Dental Benefit Plan was developed primarily to provide affordable, quality dental care to our community.  Our philosophy at MDG, where we make treatment decisions with you, not for you, allows our team of professionals to deliver excellent care and superior customer service.  We invite you to apply for this opportunity to become a part of our dental family.  

The MDG Dental Benefit Plan includes per year:

  • 2 Hygiene Care appointments
  • 2 Oral Exams
  • 2 Oral Cancer Screenings
  • Routine X-Rays as prescribed by the American Dental Association (ADA)
  • 2 Fluoride Treatments (for children)

Average Value: $453.00 per person

Your Yearly Cost: $264.00 per person
For $22/month, you could be an MDG Benefit Plan Member.

$25.00 one time application fee per person
$50.00 maximum application fee per family

In addition, MDG Dental Benefit Plan members will receive a 20% courtesy fee reduction on all other dental services* offered at Morrison Dental Group plus a courtesy fee reduction with our affiliate specialists.

  • Cannot be used for purchase of retail dental products.
  • Total payment amount is due at time of service.  If full payment is not received at time time of service, fee reduction will be void.
  • Cannot be combined with any other dental insurance or discount.
  • Payment is due at the start of each membership year.
  • Courtesy fee reduction or included dental services are non-transferable.
