Although we are preferred providers with the above insurance plans, we are happy to file with all insurances and assist you in any way we can to facilitate your receiving the proper benefit from your particular plan.
Ultimately, your insurance is an arrangement between you and the insurance company, and you should always completely review your benefits manual.
Payment of your co-payment or balance is appreciated at the time of service. This helps us to control our costs and pass these savings on to our patients.
We also offer Care Credit financing to our patients and will help you apply for this service.
Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards are also accepted.
Balances greater than 60 days incur finance charge of 1.5% per month until the balance is paid in full.
